Members meet regularly to share what they're carrying, listen to others, and try on new perspectives in a space designed to feel welcoming from the first minute. It's a strong fit if you're tired of doing it alone, if you want to hear how other people are working through something similar, or if the cost of weekly [individual sessions](/service/individual-counseling) feels out of reach. Many clients pair a group with individual therapy; others find group is exactly the right amount of support on its own. A typical session is confidential, structured, and warm. Your facilitator opens with a check-in, guides the conversation around the week's focus, and closes with a small takeaway to carry into the days ahead.
